What an amazing ✨ app! This is how it ought to be - not only can I manage my Airtel money account (securely) from within the app, I can also get an overview of my balances (Data, Calls, SMS) in a single interactive dashboard. I can subscribe to/purchase various deals all in one app. It's also connected to government services so that I can be linked to them speedily. It also allows me to identify Airtel shops in an area of my choosing, check network coverage, and upgrade to an E-sim! Kudos ✨

This app has great features and a lot of potential, but they don't matter if users can't easily log in to access them. The biggest issue is the login process. The app seems to rely on automatically detecting the SMS verification code, which is a nice feature when it works. However, there should always be an option to enter the OTP manually. This is the standard approach used by most apps because automatic SMS detection isn't always reliable. Please add a manual OTP input field as a fallback.
